Yerba Maté is a natural source of energy that improves concentration without the unwanted side effects commonly associated with coffee. It also supports metabolism and digestion, which can aid in weight loss. This product contains 100% pure Yerba Maté leaves.

How to prepare Yerba Maté?

First of all, you need the following ingredients: dried Yerba Maté leaves, a traditional gourd (Calabash), Bombilla, hot water (70–80°C).

For beginners we recommend 2–3 tablespoons of Yerba Maté, for advanced users 4–5 tablespoons (1 tablespoon = approx. 5–7g). Ideal dosage: 10g per 100ml of water.
Pour hot water at a temperature of 70–80°C.
Let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
For flavor, you can add honey, lemon, or herbs.
Take the Bombilla and enjoy your drink. If you don’t have a Bombilla, strain the drink and enjoy it as tea.
The leaves can be reused throughout the day as desired.

Possible side effects

Excessive consumption of Yerba Maté may contain higher levels of caffeine, which can lead to insomnia or stomach irritation. Follow the recommended dosage.
