1. When will my order arrive?
We ship orders every day from Monday to Friday within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We follow the rule, "you order today, you have kratom tomorrow". The fastest and most advantageous carrier is Packeta.
We carefully package every order that arrives to us.
Via Packeta, the order usually arrives the next day if we order from Monday to Thursday before 3:00 p.m.
For other carriers (PPL), delivery time is 2-4 days.
2. Can I pick up my order in person?

3. I paid online and didn't receive a confirmation immediately.
Online payments are automatically processed via FIO Bank. After the money has been credited to the bank account, an e-mail is automatically sent to you that confirms your payment. If it is a weekend and immediate payment was not used, you will not receive a confirmation until Monday morning.
4. Which kratom is the best?
Each kratom has something in it and is specific in its own way. If we have no experience with kratom, the ideal choice is to order green kratom Green Maeng-da.
